Approve the First Amendment to Agreement with The Salvation Army for the for the continuation\nof (101-bed expansion) emergency shelter services and approve an additional funding\nreimbursement amount of $632,000 for a total agreement amount of $4,158,000; update the\nshelter’s address of record to 1455 S. Salvation Place (previously 1340 S. Lewis Street); and\nauthorize the City Manager, or designee to execute the amendment and subsequent\namendments or documents necessary for the continuation or administration of shelter services\nat 1455 S. Salvation Place, provided they are approved by the City Attorney and do not\nincrease the total compensation amount payable to The Salvation Army.
