Approve the Third Amendment to Agreement Regarding Homeless Shelter with The Salvation\nArmy for the continuation of (224-bed) shelter services, and update the shelter’s address of\nrecord to 1455 S. Salvation Place (previously 1340 S. Lewis Street); extend the term of the\nlocal.anaheim.net/docs_agend/questys_pub/37810/Agenda.html 4/9\n6/23/23, 1:48 PM local.anaheim.net/docs_agend/questys_pub/37810/Agenda.html\nagreement for one additional year to expire on June 30, 2024; approve an additional funding\nreimbursement amount up to $6,768,000; and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to\nexecute the amendment and subsequent amendments or documents necessary for the\ncontinuation or administration of shelter services at 1455 S. Salvation Place, provided they are\napproved by the City Attorney and do not increase the total maximum reimbursement amount\npayable to The Salvation Army.
