5. CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR THE STANTON AVENUE STORM DRAIN\nREHABILITATION PROJECT\nPurpose: Authorize the Public Works Department to process Change Order No. 1 to\nconstruct three point repairs and install a new manhole structure as part of the project.\nAssociated costs in the amount of $63,630 will be funded from the project account\n(52-9806- 490025).\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $63,630 for\nthe Stanton Avenue Storm Drain Rehabilitation Project; and, 2) Authorize the\nPurchasing Manager to add additional funds in the amount of $63,630 to the existing\npurchase order.
