6. REJECT ALL BIDS AND RE-ADVERTISE FOR THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL\nMODIFICATION AT KNOTT AVE. AND HOLDER ST. PROJECT\nPurpose: Authorize the Public Works Department and City Clerk’s Office to reject the\nbids received on June 14, 2023, for the Traffic Signal Modifications at Knott Ave. and\nHolder St. Project, and re-advertise the project for bids. There is no budget impact with\nthe rejection of all bids.\nRecommended Action: 1) Reject all bids for the traffic signal modification at Knott Ave.\nand Holder St. Project; and, 2) Authorize the City Clerk to re-advertise the project for\nbids.
