10. SUBAWARD AGREEMENT WITH KCS HEALTH CENTER FOR FUNDS\nALLOCATED BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA BUDGET TO PURCHASE THREE\nMOBILE HEALTH CLINICS\nPurpose: Accept funds from the Department of Health Care Services and act as a\npass-through agency for the purchase of three mobile health care clinics by KCS\nHealth Center. Associated costs in the amount of $1,000,000 have been allocated by\nthe State of California budget by the Executive Order 22/23-157 via Assemblywoman\nSharon Quirk- Silva\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve a subaward agreement with KCS Health Centers for\nfunds allocated by the State of California to purchase three mobile health clinics;\n2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary\nchanges to the agreement; 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the\nagreement; 4) Accept funds in the amount of $1,000,000 from the State of California\nDepartment of Health Care Services to be passed-through to KCS Health Centers; and,\n5) Allocate funds in the amount of $1,000,000 for this purpose.
