RESOLUTION DECLARING THE CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT\n6711 BEACH BOULEVARD SURPLUS LAND\nPurpose: Declare City-owned property to be “surplus land” for purposes of the SLA as\npreliminary step in the City’s efforts to facilitate the sale and development of the\nProperty. There is no budget impact associated with this action.\nRecommended Action: 1) Adopt a Resolution declaring the City-owned real property\nlocated at 6711 Beach Boulevard, Buena Park, CA (the “Property”) to be “surplus land”\npursuant to the California Surplus Land Act (California Government Code § 54220 et\nseq., the “SLA”).
