9F. APPROVAL OF THIRD AMENDMENT EXTENDING THE CONTRACT WITH\nQUALITY MANAGEMENT GROUP, INC. TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL PROPERTY\nMANAGEMENT SERVICES\nQuality Management Group, Inc. (QMG) has been providing professional property\nmanagement services for the City/Housing Authority-owned properties within the Tina-\nPacific neighborhood since 2020. The professional services agreement, as currently\namended, expires on July 1, 2023. If approved, this Third Amendment will extend the\nterm of the agreement through June 30, 2024 and increase the not-to-exceed\ncompensation amount to cover 12 months of professional property management\nservices.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. Stanton Housing Authority/City Council declare that this item is not subject to the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(3) and\n15378(b)(5); and\n2. Approve the Third Amendment to the existing agreement with QMG extending the\nterm by 12 months and the associated not-to-exceed compensation amount by\nninety thousand dollars ($90,000); and\n3. Authorize the City Manager/Executive Director to execute the Third Amendment to\nthe existing agreement with QMG.\nEND OF CONSENT CALENDAR
