2. Consideration of the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Operating Budget and Seven-Year\nCapital Improvement Program Appropriating Revenue and Establishing the\nAppropriations Limit for Fiscal Year 2023-24; and Amending the Salaries\nand Benefits Resolution.\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Adopt Resolution 2023-3574, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Villa\nPark adopting the Budget, appropriating revenue and establishing the\nappropriations limit for Fiscal Year 2023-24: and,\n2. Adopt Resolution 2023-3575, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Villa\nPark establishing salary and benefit rates for all classes of employment and\nsuperseding Resolution No. 2022-3549.
