Take testimony and other evidence as presented.\n3. Adopt Resolution approving a new 2023-2024 Community\nDevelopment Block Grant (CDBG) Project entitled, “El Segundo\nLibrary Park American with Disabilities Act (ADA)-Compliant Pathway\nProject,” and appropriate 2023-2024 CDBG funds estimated at\n$62,337, plus prior, unspent CDBG funds in the amount of $77,802 for\na total project budget of $140,139.\n4. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all contracts,\nin a form approved by the City Attorney, with the Los Angeles County\nDevelopment Authority (LACDA).\n5. Alternatively, discuss and take other possible action related to this\nitem.
