RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF A\nCOOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE LOS ANGELES URBAN COUNTY\nCOMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM FOR\nFISCAL YEARS 2024-2026\nSummary:\nThe City Council will consider adopting a resolution authorizing the continued\nparticipation in the CDBG Program by entering into an agreement with the Los\nAngeles County Development Authority (LACDA) to administer the program for\nFiscal Years (FY) 2024-26, effective July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2027. Adopting\nthe resolution would allow the City to receive CDBG funds for future years.\nRecommendation:\nAdopt a resolution, entitled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SIGNAL HILL,\nCALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARTICIPATION IN THE LOS ANGELES URBAN\nCOUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM BY\nAUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, OR HIS/HER DESIGNEE TO SIGN A\nCOOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES
