PUBLIC HEARING - RESOLUTION AMENDING THE UNIFORM SCHEDULE\nOF CITY SERVICE FEES AND CHARGES\nSummary:\nThe City published a notice in the Signal Tribune newspaper per Government\nCode Section 65091(a)(4) on June 16 and 23, 2023; and posted the notice in\naccordance with Signal Hill Municipal Code Section 1.08.010 on June 16, 2023.\nOn May 25, 2023, the City Council reviewed the proposed updates to the City’s\nUniform Schedule of Service Fees and Charges as part of the Budget\nWorkshop.
