Award a construction contact, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for a\nnot-to-exceed amount of $160,710 to Reliable Monitoring Services for the\nCity Hall Electric Vehicle Charging Station Project, CIP No. 50010;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to process change orders in an amount not-to-\nexceed 10% of the total project amount, as needed, up to $16,071 for\nconstruction contingency;\n4. Amend the fiscal year 2022-23 adopted budget by appropriating an\nadditional $75,000 from Fund 200 to Account No. 200.70.7300.54500-\n50010; and\n5.
