9. Approve Amendment No. 6 to Agreement No. 18-1807 with S&S LaBarge Golf,\nIncorporated for Pico Rivera Golf Course Management Services. (500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 6 to Agreement No. 18-1807 with S&S LaBarge\nGolf, Inc. for Pico Rivera Golf Course management services;\n2. Approve additional appropriations for fiscal year (FY) 2022-23 in the amount\nof $80,000 to pay for utilities and payroll;\n3. Authorize S&S LaBarge to incur outside reimbursable expenses in the\namount of $1,561,212 (excluding management fees) from the FY 2023-24\nbudget; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to sign any documents related to Amendment\nNo. 6.\nAgreement No. 18-1807-6
