12. Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 19-1887 with\nKimley-Horn for the Washington and Rosemead Boulevards Transit-Oriented\nDevelopment Specific Plan. (500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 19-\n1887 with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. (Kimley-Horn) in the amount of\n$160,196 for the development of the Washington and Rosemead Boulevards\nGold Line Eastside Extension Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Specific\nPlan; and\n2. Authorize the appropriation of $160,196 from the Economic Sustainability\nFund (F255) for the TOD Specific Plan project; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 in a form approved\nby the City Attorney.\nAgreement No. 19-1887-1
