18. Alternative No. 2 of the Sewer Rate Study for sewer rate structure changes and\nAgreement with NBS Financial Group to initiate Prop 218 Process\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Receiving and filing the Sewer Rate Study Report;\nb. Selecting Alternative No. 2 of the Sewer Rate Study for the proposed sewer rate structure\nchanges and directing staff to initiate the Proposition 218 process;\nc. Approving an Agreement with NBS Financial Group (NBS) in an amount not to exceed\n$32,500 to conduct the required Proposition 218 process, including educational material\ndevelopment; and\nd.
