Approving an Agreement with ACMS Group, Inc., for a 5-year term to provide its Dossier on-\nDemand Solution fleet maintenance management software, in an amount not to exceed\n$132,403;\nb. Approving an appropriation of $10,792 from Fleet Funds to fully fund Year One service fees of\nthe five-year Agreement; and\nc.
