10. REJECTION OF BIDS FOR ALKEBU-LAN CULTURAL CENTER RESTROOM IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (Public\nWorks Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find the action proposed in the agenda report to be categorically exempt under the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) in accordance with Title 14, Chapter 3, Article 19, Section 15061(b)(3), the “Common-Sense”\nexemption that CEQA applies only to projects which have the potential for causing a significant effect on the\nenvironment; and\n(2) Reject sole bid received on May 11, 2023, in response to the Notice Inviting Bids for the Alkebu-Lan Cultural\nCenter Restroom Improvement project.\nCity Council
