E. Award Bid #4445 to Bound Tree Medical for purchase and delivery of Microflex Disposable gloves\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Award Bid #4445 to Bound Tree Medical, an Ohio-based company, for the purchase and\ndelivery of Microflex disposable gloves to be used by staff citywide;\n2. Authorize the Procurement Manager to issue annual purchase orders to Bound Tree\nMedical, for the purchase and delivery of Microflex disposable gloves for a total amount\nnot to exceed $720,000 over a five-year period, with future funding contingent on Council\nbudget approval; and,\n3. Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant effect pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3)\n(Common Sense Exemption) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines.\nStaff Report Printout\na.
