D. Approval of Fifth Contract Modification with Carahsoft/Granicus for Electronic Agenda Management\nServices\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant effect pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3)\n(Common Sense Exemption) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a fifth modification to Agreement\n9784 (CCS) in the amount of $19,132 with Carahsoft/Granicus for an agenda\nmanagement software system for the Records and Election Services Department. This\nwill result in a 10 year and 6 month amended agreement with a new total amount not to\nexceed $207,746, with future year funding contingent on Council budget approval.\nStaff Report Printout\na.
