C. Award Contract to PCI for the Airport Runway Rubber Removal, Crack Seal, and Restripe Project\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to Sections 15301 (Existing Facilities)\nand 15302 (Replacement/Reconstruction), of the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) Guidelines.\n2. Award Bid # SP2462 to WGJ Enterprises Inc., dba PCI, for the Airport Runway Rubber\nRemoval, Crack Seal, and Restripe for the Public Works Department.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a contract with PCI, in an amount\nnot to exceed $1,044,280 (including a $94,935 contingency).\n4.
