AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH RISHA ENGINEERING FOR\nSEISMIC RETROFIT AND STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING SERVICES (FUNDING SOURCE:\nGENERAL FUND AND GENERAL CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Risha\nEngineering for seismic retrofit and structural engineering services for\n$103,000, and authorize a ten percent contingency of $10,300, for a total\ncontract amount of $113,300; and\nB. Appropriate $94,092.35 from the unassigned General Fund balance to\nfully fund the project.
