RI-6 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE TO THE AGREEMENT WITH THE\nGATEWAY CITIES COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE\nGATEWAY CITIES INNOVATION PLAN, AND APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT WIT H\nADRIANA LOPEZ AS THE LOCAL COORDINATING AREA 4 HOMELESS SERVICES\nLIAISON - Staff recommends the City Council approve amendment number one to the agreement\nwith Gateway Cities Council of Governments for the implementation of the Innovation Plan\nextending the term through December 31, 2023, and authorize the City Manager to sign the\namendment in a form approved by the City Attorney; and approve an agreement with Adriana Lopez\nto serve as the Local Coordinating Area 4 Homeless Services Liaison for the term of July 1, 2023\nthrough June 30, 2024 and authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement as approved by the City\nAttorney.
