3.2 APPROVAL OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WOOD RODGERS, INC.\nFOR WELL 22 COMPREHENSIVE SITE ASSESSMENT AND HYDROGEOLOGIC SERVICES\nFOR WELL DRILLING AND CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT - Staff recommends City Council\napprove the agreement with Wood Rodgers, Inc. in not-to-exceed amount of $410,395, including\n10% contingency of $41,039.50, and authorize Mayor to sign the agreement in form approved by\nCity Attorney; and appropriate total of $451,434.50 from Water Enterprise Fund FY 2024 Budget\nfor the project.
