LETTER FROM THE 3L CLUB REQUESTING A _ FACILITY\nRESERVATION FEE WAIVER FOR USE OF THE SOUTH EL MONTE\nSENIOR CENTER DINING ROOM\nThe 3L Club is requesting a reservation fee waiver for use of the South El\nMonte Senior Center Dining Room to host club meetings, cash bingo, club\nsocial events and dances. They are requesting three (3) Saturday dates\nfrom 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to host social dances and four times a month\nfrom 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. during normal business hours to host fortyeight (48) club meetings, cash bingo and club social events.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council discuss and\nconsider the facility reservation fee waiver requested by the 3L Club in the\namount of $21,208.08
