CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-66,\nADOPTING THE FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2023-24 BUDGET\nOn May 24, 2023, the City held its Fiscal 2023-24 Budget Study Session.\nThe Fiscal 2023-24 General Fund budget was already balanced, but staff\ninformed City Council that few adjustments were being made before an\nupdated balanced General Fund budget would be recommended for\nadoption.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council adopt\nResolution No. 23-66, approving the City’s Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24\nBudget.
