P. Approve Memorandum of Understanding for Crossing 21-2281\nGuard Services with Rialto Unified School District for\n2023-2027 School Years\n1. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Rialto Unified\nSchool District (RUSD) and the City of Fontana for crossing guard\nservices provided by RUSD effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2027\nfor a total estimate of $73,468.00.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the MOU and any future\namendments during the term of the MOU.\n3. Approve a recurring appropriation from Fund 101 to 10140114.8130 to\nallow the City to fund 50% of the cost of crossing guard services for the\none (1) RUSD elementary school that falls within the City of Fontana.
