Approve Professional Services Agreements Between the City of Grand Terrace and\nMoore Iacofano Goltsman, Inc., Michael Baker International and Lilburn Corporation\n(each with 3 year terms), subject to the City Manager’s approval/negotiation and the\nCity Attorney’s approval as to form; and\n2.
