Authorize City Manager to execute Communications License Agreement with AT&T subject\nto negotiation by City Manager and approval to form by City Attorney; adopt resolution\napproving Wireless Conditional Use Permit No. 22WCUP03 for development of an AT&T\nWireless Communications Facility in City-Owned Open Space at Stagecoach Trail between\nWandering Ridge Drive and Rock Springs Drive and determining project is exempt from\nreview under California Environmental Quality Act; alternatively decline to enter into\nCommunications License Agreement and adopt resolution denying as moot an application\nfor Wireless Conditional Use Permit No. 22WCUP03 for development of an AT&T Wireless\nCommunications Facility in City-Owned Open Space at Stagecoach Trail between\nWandering Ridge Drive and Rock Springs Drive
