9. Vehicle Outfitting Services\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council:\n1. Determines that the procurement of vehicles and maintenance service is exempt\nas a non-project in accordance with CEQA section 15378(b)(5); and\n2. Adopts the next Resolution, in order, to award a contract to AEP California, LLC\n(AEP) for Vehicle Outfitting Services in the estimated amount of $520,800 for the\ninitial one-year term, with four additional one-year renewal options.
