R­23­16 ESTABLISHING\nADVISORY BODY ATTENDANCE STANDARDS\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends the Council adopt Ordinance No. O­23­1403 and Resolution No. R­\n23­16. If Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would\nbe: “I move to waive full reading and adopt by title only Ordinance No. O­23­1403,\nan Ordinance of the City Council of the City of San Marino, California Amending\nMunicipal Code Section 02.14.02 Removing Language Pertaining to Public Safety\nCommission Absences, and Resolution No. O­23­16, a Resolution of the City Council\nof the City of San Marino, Establishing Advisory Body Attendance Standards.”
