5.4 Award of Contract for Maintenance/Service Agreement for Concrete and\nRelated Street Repairs at Various Locations.\nRECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council to:\nA. Award the contract to the lowest and responsible bidder, Nobest\nIncorporated, in the amount of $239,000, for one year with four one-year\nrenewal options; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract and future renewals on\nbehalf of the City.
