5.5 Award of Contract for Tree Maintenance/Service Agreement.\nRECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council to:\nA. Award the contract to the lowest and responsible bidder, Great Scott Tree\nService, Inc., in the amount of $189,968, for one year with four one-year\nrenewal options; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract and future renewals on\nbehalf of the City.
