Approve the Final Measure M2 (M2) Seven-Year Capital Improvement\nProgram (7-Year CIP) for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 through 2029-2030, and\nauthorize its submittal to the Orange County Transportation Authority\n(OCTA) along with other required documents for the M2 Eligibility\ncompliance; and\nB. Adopt a Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA,\nCONCERNING THE UPDATE OF THE LOCAL SIGNAL\nSYNCHRONIZATION PLAN (LSSP) FOR THE MEASURE M (M2)\nPROGRAM”; and\nC.
