Notice of Completion for the Ofelia Bringas Memorial Bridge (aka\nCathedral Canyon Bridge over Whitewater River) Project (CIP 8919)\nRecommendation: To accept and approve the Ofelia Bringas Memorial Bridge\n(aka Cathedral Canyon Bridge over Whitewater River)\nProject (C08919) as final; and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute and file a Notice of Completion with the Riverside\nCounty Recorder's office on behalf of the City Council; and\nauthorize the release of retention funds to Ames\nConstruction Inc. upon expiration of the Notice of\nCompletion.
