I. 2023 Updates and Proposed Revisions to the Cathedral City WaterSmart\nLandscapes Grant Program\nRecommendation: To approve the updated and proposed revisions to the City's\nWaterSmart Landscapes Grant Program (Program),\nincluding increases to Program rebates for individual\nproperties up to $1,000 and adding Homeowners\nAssociations (HOAs) into the Program with rebates up to\n$20,000, with herein detailed parameters for the Program;\nand, direct Staff to amend the Program grant application\nmaterials to reflect said revisions and send out notifications\nto property owners and HOAs within the City regarding\nchanges to the Program.
