Introduce by title only and waive further reading of Ordinance No. 23-03, “An\nOrdinance of the City Council of the City of Walnut, California, To Amend\nthe Walnut Municipal Code by Amending Title 3, Chapter 3.16 (Fire\nPrevention) Adopting by Reference the Los Angeles County Fire Code, 2023\nEdition, and Adding Chapter 2.42 (Expedited Permitting for Electric Vehicle\nCharging Stations) to Title 2;” and.”\n2.
