B.3. Public Hearing: 107 S. Cedros Ave., Applicant: C2 Building Group, Case: DRP22-\n015, SDP22-013. (File 0600-40)\nThe proposed project meets the minimum objective requirements under the SBMC, is\nconsistent with the General Plan and may be found, as conditioned, to meet the\ndiscretionary findings required as discussed in this report to approve a DRP and SDP.\nTherefore, Staff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Conduct the Public Hearing: Open the Public Hearing, Report Council Disclosures,\nReceive Public Testimony, and Close the Public Hearing.\n2. Find the project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to\nSection 15301 of the State CEQA Guidelines; and\n3. If the City Council makes the requisite findings and approves the project, adopt\nResolution 2023-082 conditionally approving a DRP, SDP, and comprehensive\nsign plan amendment for exterior improvements to an existing two-story\ncommercial building at 107 South Cedros Avenue, Solana Beach.\nItem B.3.
