DISCUSSION OF POTENTIAL FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS FOR\nCONTINUED SHORT­TERM USE OF STONEMAN RECREATION\nCENTER\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council approve the facility upgrades\nto the Stoneman Facility. Should the Council concur, an appropriate motion would\nbe:“I move\nAGENDA – JUNEto 30,\napprove\n2023 the appropriation of $156,000 into the Capital Improvement\nPAGE 3 of 5\nFund for “Stoneman Facility Upgrades” as part of the FY 2023­24 budget, and direct\nstaff to begin soliciting bids for the required upgrades.”\nCONSENT CALENDAR\nRecords Clerk to the Part­Time Employees Salary Schedule; (2) adopt Resolution No.\nR­23­24, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of San Marino, California,\nApproving the Updated Salary Schedule for FY 2023­2024; and (3) approve\nadditional appropriations in the amount of $25,695 in FY 2023­2024 to be spread\nover the affected full­time personnel budget line items as shown in the respective\nbudgets.”\n4.
