Approve Agreements with Communications LAB, CV Strategies, and Straightline\nCommunications LLC for On­Call Consumer Confidence Report and Auxiliary\nServices in an Aggregate Amount Not to Exceed $900,000, for up to Five­Year Terms\n(RFP 23­014) (Non­General Fund)\nDepartment(s): Public Works Agency\nRecommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with\nCommunications LAB, CV Strategies, and Straightline Communications LLC to\nprovide annual Consumer Confidence Report and Auxiliary Services on an as needed\nbasis, in an aggregate amount not to exceed $900,000, for a three­year term\nbeginning July 18, 2023 and expiring July 17, 2026 with an option for one, two­year\nextension, subject to non­substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City\nAttorney (Agreement No. 2023­XXX).
