2-A. SAN GABRIEL VALLEY REGIONAL HOUSING TRUST (“SGVRHT”) MEMBERSHIP\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Providing staff direction regarding the City Council’s desire to join the SGVRHT and at\nwhat membership type, affiliate membership or full membership;\n(2) If desirable:\na. Authorize the City Manager to prepare a letter to join the SGVRHT as an affiliate\nmember, with no access to project funding, for amount of $12,042.14 for the first\nyear and thereafter, an ongoing annual fee of $3,042.14 plus annual Consumer Price\nIndex (“CPI”) increase; OR\nb. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with SGVRHT, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney, to join the SGVRHT as a full member, with access to\nproject funding, for amount of $24,210.68 for the first year and thereafter, an ongoing\nannual fee of $15,210.68 plus annual CPI increase; AND\nc.
