19. APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 2023-19 TO BECOME SUBJECT TO\nUNIFORM PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES\nRESOLUTION NO. 2023-19: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF\nTHE CITY OF LA HABRA HEIGHTS, CALIFORNIA, TO BECOME SUBJECT\nTO CALIFORNIA UNIFORM PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTING\nPROCEDURES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\nA. Adopt Resolution No. 2023-19, becoming subject to the uniform public\nconstruction cost accounting procedures set forth in the Act including\nrepairs and maintenance contracts; AND\nB. Direct the City Manager or designee to take any action necessary for the\nCity to become subject to the uniform public construction costs\naccounting procedures set forth in the Act; AND\nC. Direct the City Manager to conform to all internal policies related to\nResolution No. 2023-19.\n2023 07 10 CC ITEM NO. 19
