4. AUTHORIZE ISSUANCE OF A PURCHASE ORDER WITH TOTER, LLC FOR THE PURCHASE OF 7,000\nROTATIONAL MOLDED AUTOMATED REFUSE CONTAINERS IN AN AMOUNT NOT-TO- EXCEED $375,000\nFOR ONE YEAR (Public Works Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to\nState CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) “Common-Sense” exemption; and\n(2) Authorize the issuance of a purchase order to Toter, LLC for the purchase of 7,000 rotational molded automated\nrefuse containers for an amount not-to-exceed $375,000 as neither Competitive Bidding nor Competitive\nSelection are required pursuant to City Charter Section 1002(H) and Pasadena Municipal Code Section 4.08.049(A)\n(3), contracts with other governmental entities.
