2. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION FOR THE RECREATIONAL TRAILS PROGRAM (RTP) GRANT FOR THE ARROYO\nCRITICAL LINKAGES PROJECT\n(PRCS Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed action in the agenda report is categorically exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (“CEQA”) in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Article 19, Sections 15301, Existing Facilities, 15304\nMinor Alterations to Land, and 15311 Accessory Structures, and that there are no features that distinguish the project\nfrom others in the exempt class, and therefore, there are no unusual circumstances;\n(2) Adopt a resolution authorizing the City submit a grant application for the Recreational Trails Program in the\namount of $500,000 for the planning and construction of the One Arroyo Critical Linkages Project; and\n(3) Authorize the City Manager or his designee to approve any documents in connection with the RTP grant\napplication or, in the event that the City receives an award, any RTP grant contract documents that may be required by the\nState of California.\nRESOLUTION
