Approve the First Amendment to Professional Services Agreement with Michael Baker\nInternational, Inc., amending the schedule of compensation and increasing the maximum\ncompensation from an amount not to exceed $25,000 to $50,000, for on-call project\nmanagement and related consulting services; and authorize the Director of Housing and\nCommunity Development Department, or designee, to execute and administer the amended\nagreement.
