RESOLUTION DECLARING THE REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 7851 BEACH\nBOULEVARD AND 7860 WESTERN AVENUE SURPLUS LAND\nPurpose: Declare City-owned property to be “surplus land” for purposes of the SLA as a\npreliminary step in the City’s efforts to facilitate the sale and development of the\nProperty. There is no budget impact associated with this action.\nRecommended Action: 1) Adopt a Resolution declaring the City-owned real property\nlocated at 7851 Beach Boulevard and 7860 Western Avenue, Buena Park, CA (the\n“Property”) to be “surplus land” pursuant to the California Surplus Land Act (California\nGovernment Code § 54220 et seq., the “SLA”).
