AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF\nBUENA PARK AND POLICE CHIEF FRANK NUNES\nPresented by Eddie Fenton, Assistant City Manager/Director of Human Resources\nPurpose: Approve an amended and restated employment agreement between the City\nand Police Chief Frank Nunes from June 24, 2023, through July 4, 2025. The salary\nincrease is included within the proposed FY 2023-2025 Budget.\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve an Amended and Restated Employment Agreement\nbetween the City of Buena Park and Police Chief Frank Nunes; and, 2) Authorize the\nCity Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement.
