18. AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY\nAND CITY MANAGER AARON FRANCE\nPresented by Eddie Fenton, Assistant City Manager/Director of Human Resources\nPurpose: Approve an amended and restated employment agreement between the City\nand City Manager Aaron France from June 24, 2023, through July 5, 2025. The salary\nincrease was included within the proposed FY 2023-2025 Budget.\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve an amended and restated employment agreement\nbetween the City of Buena Park and Aaron France; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City\nClerk to execute the agreement.
