AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY\nAND DIRECTOR OF GOVERNMENT AND COMMUNITY RELATIONS/CITY CLERK\nADRIA JIMENEZ\nPresented by Eddie Fenton, Assistant City Manager/Director of Human Resources\nPurpose: Approve an amended and restated employment agreement between the City\nand Director of Government and Community Relations/City Clerk Adria Jimenez from\nJune 24, 2023, through July 5, 2025. The salary increase is included within the proposed\nFY 2023-2025 Budget.\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve an amended and restated employment agreement\nbetween the City of Buena Park and Director of Government and Community\nRelations/City Clerk Adria Jimenez; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to\nexecute the agreement.
