16. APPROVAL OF A BUENA PARK COMMUNITY ACADEMY PROGRAM\nPresented by Adria M. Jimenez, MMC, City Clerk\nPurpose: Approve the creation of a Buena Park Community Academy. Associated costs\nin the amount of $5,000 per fiscal year will require a budget amendment from the\nundesignated General Fund balance for this purpose.\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve the implementation of a Buena Park Community\nAcademy program; and, 2) Approve a budget amendment in the total amount of $5,000\nfor both FY 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 from the undesignated General Fund balance.
