15. APPROVE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WILLDAN\nFINANCIAL SERVICES FOR A COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT IMPACT\nFEE STUDY\nPresented by Cesar Ortiz, P.E., Principal Engineer\nPurpose: Authorize the Public Works Department to hire Willdan Financial Services to\nconduct a comprehensive development impact fee study. Associated costs in the\namount of $55,320 will be funded by the Water Enterprise Business Plan Account\n(No. 52-9806-396829) and the Economic Development Professional Contractual\nServices Account (No. 12-632110-6240).\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Willdan\nFinancial Services in the amount of $55,320 for a Comprehensive Development Impact\nFee Study; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary,\nnon-monetary changes to the agreement; and, 3) Authorize the City Manager and City\nClerk to execute the agreement.
